The DEI4SME team is working on creating two online self-study courses meant to enhance the competencies in the DEI management within the SME context. One course will be suitable for learners in the higher education institutions and one for the SME managers and employees.
The courses will help developing skills to plan, implement, and report diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)-related actions.
With these competences business graduates and SME managers and employees will be able to mitigate DEI-related risks, such as regulatory fines, reputational damages, the SMEs will ensure compliance with the EU regulations and therefore the requirements for the ESG reporting regarding the social responsibility. But most importantly, the course will broaden understanding on how to utilize DEI for enabling firm’s growth and success.
