DEI4SME Hackathon: Finland & online

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You are welcome to join the hackathon on managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) entitled "Promoting the inclusion of diverse groups in the internationalisation of SMEs".

The hackathon will take place February 2025 and will be organised in hybrid format, so your team can join locally in Finland, or online from anywhere in the world! The event is free of charge.

A certificate of participation is issued to all the participants and there will be prizes for the winning teams.

Live hybrid opening event: February 4, 2025
Online work: February 5 - 13, 2025
Voting/evaluation: February 14 - 17, 2025
Live hybrid closing event: February 19, 2025

  • Actively participate in the upcoming hackathon event(s) online or onsite
  • Enjoy the knowledge sharing with companies and peers

The best solutions from the hackathon will be featured in the teaching cases and course materials to be published by the DEI4SME project. Thus, your solutions created in the hackathon will continue making impact in the entire Europe, helping developing skills in social sustainability and DEI in particular.
