Merinova Ltd., a leading Cluster Management company in the energy sector, invites participants of the DEI4SME Hackathon I (Finland & online, February 2025) to address a critical challenge in the area of "resolving DEI conflicts in SMEs".

The challenge presented by Merinova stems from widespread issues related to the treatment of the individuals from specific diversity groups in private sector SMEs. Diversity of employees can bring many opportunities and challenges, and this case provided by Merinova will allow hackathon I participants to reflect on both sides of the coin.

By participating in this DEI4SME Hackathon I (Finland) challenge, attendees will have the opportunity to work with Merinova’s management and mentors, applying their creativity and expertise to solve a real-world problem that directly impacts SMEs and their competitive edge.

Merinova's challenge will be presented during the opening event on February 4th, 2025.
