Foamit Group Oy invites DEI4SME Hackathon I participants to resolve a DEI challenge
Foamit Group Oy invites DEI4SME Hackathon I (Finland & online, February 2025) participants to resolve a complex dilemma about managing social sustainability in a medium-sized international firm. Foamit Group Oy's hackathon challenge centres around “Resolving DEI conflicts in SMEs”.
The hackathon’s challenge provided by Foamit Group Oy will focus on managing diversity within the context of a smaller, geographically dispersed firm and will invite hackathon participants to apply innovative thinking to resolve some of the well-known DEI-challenges that are hard to manage in the context of a smaller firm, especially when seeking to make a positive impact.
Foamit Group Oy’s dedication to the DEI4SME Hackathon will bring participants a unique opportunity to learn from a business model rooted in circularity and sustainability by harnessing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in its operations. Through engaging with Foamit’s management and mentors, hackathon participants will gain understanding that social sustainability matters and is an important aspect to manage in all firms, including those who mastered waste recycling and sustainable development.
The Foamit Group Oy’s challenge will be presented in the opening event on February 4th.
You are welcome to register for the DEI4SME Hackathon I (Finland & online) from now and until January 15: https://dei4sme.eu/dei4sme-hackathon-finland/
