The DEI4SME project is delighted that we were able to be part of the Inclusive Business & DEI Excellence Summit, hosted at Microsoft’s headquarters in Vienna, Austria on 11 June 2026. The event brought together experts, practitioners, and decision-makers to exchange ideas and explore how Diversity, Equity & Inclusion can be embedded sustainably within organisations.

As part of the Tech & Innovation Stage, Mirella Fiammengo presented theDEi4SME project to the interested audience who were intrigued by the project objectives and the results that are already available. Special attention was paid to the DEI4SME Social Sustainability Tool. The DEI4SME team also contributed to discussions on supporting SMEs in creating more inclusive and sustainable workplaces.
