Registration to the DEI4SME Hackathon I (Finland & Online) is now closed and it is time to get ready for the hackathon journey 🎉

There are several essential steps to complete before the start of the hackathon.

Please read carefully and take the needed action. Form 1 and Form 2 shall be filled to proceed in the hackathon.

 

STEP 1: Register your team’s interest (mandatory)

Working in a hackathon is team work and we hope to match your expectations as best as we can with the cases of the firms.

Discuss with your team and together please fill in this Form 1 by January 26^th 2025:

• This online form should be filled with your team (not individually)
• Only one submission per team is allowed, so make sure you communicate with your team before or when filling in your answers.
• This form needs to be filled before you fill Form 2.

 

STEP 2: Register your individual preferences & Consent (mandatory)

We want to respect your choices and your preferences.

Individually (each team member), please fill in Form 2 by January 26^th 2025:

and inform your individual preferences and consent considerations.

• This form should be filled in individually (not as a team).
• Only one submission per one individual is allowed.

 

STEP 3: Submit your teams’ video presentation (voluntary/optional)

As a team, you are welcome to create and share with us a brief presentation video about your team. This is optional. If you choose to make a video, please submit it as early as possible but no later than February 1^st.

The virtual background (download here) can be used in your video and when you will be joining hackathon sessions.
