"Resolving DEI conflicts in SMEs"

The Challenge: Hackathon participants will collaborate with FitClub’s mentors and leaders to develop innovative, inclusive wellness strategies tailored for SMEs.
This challenge provides participants with a unique opportunity to explore how DEI principles can be integrated into wellness and community-driven initiatives, leading to healthier, more inclusive workplaces.

The challenge will be introduced during the Hackathon II opening event in March 14, 2025.
