We are pleased to announce that IHK-Bildungszentrum Frankfurt (Oder) is joining the DEI4SME Hackathon II with a dynamic challenge in the areas of "Using DEI to support SMEs growth and strategy implementation".

With over 300 seminars, certification programs, and advanced training courses tailored to diverse industries, they help participants develop the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving job market. The Challenge: Hackathon participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with IHK-Bildungszentrum mentors, exploring solutions to real-world challenges that integrate DEI into vocational training programs, ensuring inclusivity in professional development.
The challenge will be officially presented during the hackathon’s opening event in March 14, 2025.
