The case explores a challenge faced by many growing SMEs and startups: how can organisations preserve the entrepreneurial drive that fuels growth while creating an inclusive workplace where talented people can thrive without burning out?Using the context of a fast-growing drone technology startup, the case invites students to discuss: startup growth and scaling, inclusive leadership, burnout and sustainable performance, and the role of DEI in supporting SME growth.
