We are pleased to announce that VšĮ "Pribrendom," based in Lithuania, will participate in the DEI4SME Hackathon II, bringing a key challenge centered on “Raising awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

VšĮ "Pribrendom" is an NGO that operates under the brand "brandU," dedicated to supporting individuals aged 45 to 65 in their professional journeys. Whether helping those seeking permanent or temporary employment, returning to work after a career break, or aiming to maintain financial stability until retirement, the organization plays a crucial role in ensuring social and economic inclusion for older professionals.

Through motivational and psychological lectures, workshops, and personalized consultations, "brandU" empowers professionals to navigate career challenges, stay motivated, and contribute effectively to the workforce. Additionally, "brandU" collaborates with employers who are interested in improving age diversity within their companies. They focus on supporting employers facing talent shortages by offering training and seminars on the benefits of experienced candidates aged 45 to 65 and age inclusive internal communication.

The Challenge: Hackathon participants will develop innovative solutions to raise awareness of DEI issues, particularly concerning the inclusion of older professionals in SMEs.
